Molly Jamieson joined UI Health Care in 2003. She works with the hospitals legal department as the healthcare risk manager. The majority of Molly’s career had been in nursing leadership before transitioning into this role in 2021. She received her B.S.N. from the University of Iowa and her M.S.N. from Mount Mercy University. Her focus is on assisting staff during events and responding. She is passionate about improving patient and staff trust and safety of health care delivery. Molly is an active member of Eastern Iowa Chapter of Oncology Nursing Society. She continually advocates for the profession and importance in health care delivery that the nursing profession holds.
