Ms. Feltes is a Deputy Counsel. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, she worked in private practice in New Hampshire, where she represented public schools and regularly conducted presentations and trainings on civil rights, student rights, and student privacy.  She received her B.A. in Communications from Buena Vista University, her M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University, and her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.  Prior to law school, Ms. Feltes worked in higher education in student life.
