Courtney joined UI Health Care in 2022 as a Contract Administrator, bringing a strong background in legal and administrative processes. She manages the full lifecycle of non-procurement agreements—from initial drafting and review to coordination with internal and external stakeholders—and plays a key role in supporting the legal team. Her work includes contract drafting and review, legal research, governance participation, and contributing to a variety of special projects.

She earned her B.A. in Law and Society from The Pennsylvania State University and previously served as a lead worker for the State of Iowa. There, she ensured compliance with state and federal regulations and helped streamline operations across multiple programs and offices.

Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and three spirited cats. She’s also an active community member, lending her time and talents to local boards and volunteer initiatives.
